Yes PSN is still down. I'm not a big user of PSN, I do subscribe to PS+ but my membership expired during the downtime.
Result? All my 'free' games can no longer be used, my Playstation simply directs me to the PS Store when I select them. Which pisses me off a bit, what with it not being there and everything.
